100 YEAR OLD RAIL CARRIAGE KITCHEN
Experience a stay unlike any other in our 100 Year Old Rail Carriage Kitchen, a unique accommodation option full of character and nostalgia. Sleeping up to six guests, this one-room carriage features one double bed and two sets of single bunk beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. Inside you'll find a TV, heater, refrigerator, table and chairs, plus a kitchenette equipped with an electric jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery and complimentary tea and coffee. Linen is available to hire for an additional charge of $10 per bed per night, allowing you to pack lighter for your stay.
ENSUITE CABINS
Our Ensuite Cabins provide a comfortable and convenient option for families, couples or small groups, sleeping up to four guests. Each one-room cabin features a double bed and a set of single bunk beds, with the double bed made up for your arrival. Enjoy the convenience of your own ensuite bathroom, along with a heater, table and chairs, electric jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery and complimentary tea and coffee. Linen for the bunk beds is available to hire for an additional charge of $10 per bed per night if required.
KITCHEN CABINS
Our Kitchen Cabins offer a practical and affordable accommodation option for couples, families and small groups, sleeping between two and six guests. Each cabin includes a TV and convenient kitchen facilities, providing everything you need to prepare simple meals during your stay. Guests also have access to the holiday park's clean communal shower and toilet facilities, making these cabins a great choice for a relaxed camping-style experience. NON-POWER SITES
Enjoy the classic camping experience on one of our spacious Non-powered Sites, ideal for tents, caravans and campervans that don't require an electricity connection. Set amongst peaceful native bush, these sites provide a relaxed base for exploring Picton and the Marlborough Sounds while enjoying the great outdoors. Guests have full access to the holiday park's communal kitchens, free hot showers, laundry facilities, TV lounge and all other shared amenities throughout their stay.
POWERED SITES
Our Powered Sites provide a convenient and spacious option for guests travelling with tents, caravans or campervans that require an electricity connection. With easy drive-on, drive-off access, these sites are ideal for overnight ferry stopovers, longer stays and exploring the Marlborough region at your own pace. Guests can enjoy the peaceful native bush surroundings while having access to all holiday park facilities, including free hot showers, communal kitchens, laundry facilities, wireless internet and the TV lounge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For normal trading time excluding holidays.
If the customer informs us within 72 hours prior to arrival date, a full refund will be given or no charge made if we can relet the room less a $30.00 booking fee, unless special circumstances.
If we are unable to relet the room, there will be no refund.
For the night before or the day of arrival, no refund will be given.
For holiday periods, there may be no refund unless 4 weeks notice is given.
Outside the 4 week period, there will be a refund less the booking fee.
The holiday period: Mid-December to after the Easter holidays.
